Been a long old day ....after a night of not much sleep !!! Up @ 6am quick bath & make up on .... & me & laws were on the road @ 7:30am .... Gutted I didn't manage to do my porridge ... I normal have apple & blackberry porridge in the morning .... So when I don't really have it on the morning I miss it ..... Sorry I'm rabbiting on about something that really isn't that important hehe .... Got to London ready for our day of 3d training .... How exciting is that !!! The day was great ... Learnt so much ... Can't wait for our training on the camera's @ the begining on march ... Bring it fucking on ... Just imagine ... 3d porn ... Can't fucking wait to try it out !!! Of course, I had yo get a little cheeky ....

Ok anyways I was just saying about my wrist ... Let's me tell u again ... Yesterday I woke up & my wrist was killing me ... Not sure why ...it's my left wrist .... Thought it must have been because I have been wanking to much ... Or maybe frigging laws off !!! Hehe fuck knows .... Any ways woke up this morning & it's not my wrist that's hurting but my elbow !!! Fuck me it's killing ..... I can't seem to straighten it ... It's hurting ... As the day has gone on it's been hurting more & more .... I don't understand what it could be .... Laws said I must have trained it wrong ... But I havn't been training my arms ... Just my legs & butts & shit loads of Cardio ... I was going to work out my arms today ... But I couldn't ... The elbow is fucking killing !!! Here's hoping tomorrow it is better ... I was going to swim tomorrow ... I still am .... But not fucking sure why my elbow is hurting .... Fuck fuxk fuck .... ......
